PURE FLIX FEATURES

Website

Browse all genres:

  1. To browse all genres Pure Flix offers, navigate to pureflix.com via the website not the app
  2. To the top left side of the black banner, click on the "Browse All Genres" and select your preferred genre from the drop down menu.

Where to change language:

  1. On the Pure Flix website, to the top right side of the black banner should display the word "English" or the word "Español"
  2. To change the language, simply click on the language that is displayed and select the desired language from the drop down menu.

Favorites:

  1. On the Pure Flix website, to the top right side of the black banner should display what looks like a "Head and Shoulders" icon. This icon will be located between the language that was selected and a magnifying glass.
  2. Hover over or click on the "Head and Shoulders" icon
  3. Select from the drop down menu "Favorites"

Recently viewed:

  1. On the Pure Flix website, to the top right side of the black banner should display what looks like a "Head and Shoulders" icon. This icon will be located between the language that was selected and magnifying glass.
  2. Hover over or click on the "Head and Shoulders" icon
  3. Select from the drop down menu "Recently Viewed"

My account:

  1. On the Pure Flix website, to the top right side of the black banner should display what looks like a "Head and Shoulders" icon. This icon will be located between the language that was selected and magnifying glass.
  2. Hover over or click on the "Head and Shoulders" icon
  3. Select from the drop down menu "My Account"

Sign out:

  1. On the Pure Flix website, to the top right side of the black banner should display what looks like a "Head and Shoulders" icon. This icon will be located between the language that was selected and magnifying glass.
  2. Hover over or click on the "Head and Shoulders" icon
  3. Select from the drop down menu "Sign Out"

Search titles:

  1. On the Pure Flix website, to the top right side of the black banner should display a "Magnifying Glass" icon.
  2. In order to search titles on the Pure Flix site, select the "Magnifying Glass" icon (a search bar will appear)
  3. You can search by,  specific titles, actors, or key words and allow the page to load.
  4. Select a title from the options that appear

PUREFLIX (used as a Pure Flix Home Key)

  1. On the Pure Flix website, to the top left there will be a "PUREFLIX" icon.
  2. When this icon is selected, it will redirect you to the "Homepage" of the Pure Flix website.

Mobile

Browse all genres:

  1. From the Pure Flix homepage in the app not the website, tap on the three lines located in the upper left hand corner
  2. From the menu select "Browse All"

Where to change language:

  1. From the Pure Flix homepage in the app not the website, tap on the three lines located in the upper left hand corner
  2. Tap on "Account"
  3. Tap on "Select Language"
  4. Select your desired language
  5. Tap on "OK" to confirm

Favorites:

  1. From the Pure Flix homepage in the app not the website, tap on the three lines located in the upper left hand corner
  2. Tap on "Favorites"
  3. If "Favorites" does not appears an option, tap on the "email" that is displayed.
  4. From the drop down menu, select "Favorites"

Recently viewed:

  1. From the Pure Flix homepage in the app not the website, tap on the three lines located in the upper left hand corner
  2. Tap on "Recently Viewed"
  3. If "Recently Viewed" does not appear as an option, tap on the "email" that is displayed.
  4. From the drop down menu, select "Recently Viewed"

My account:

  1. From the Pure Flix homepage in the app not the website, tap on the three lines located in the upper left hand corner
  2. Tap on "Account"

Sign out:

  1. From the Pure Flix homepage in the app not the website, tap on the three lines located in the upper left hand corner
  2. Tap "Logout"
  3. If "Logout" does not appear as an option, tap on the "email" that is displayed
  4. From the drop down menu,select "Logout"

Search titles:

  1. From the Pure Flix homepage in the app not the website, tap on the three lines located in the upper left hand corner
  2. Tap on "Search

PUREFLIX (used as a Pure Flix Home Key)

  • When this icon is selected, it will redirect you to the "Homepage" of the Pure Flix

Smart TV

Browse all genres:

  1. Navigate all the way to the left to find the "Grey Toolbar"
  2. Select "Browse All"

Where to change language:

  1. Navigate all the way to the left to find the "Grey Toolbar"
  2. Select "Settings"
  3. Select "Language"
  4. From the menu, select the desired "Language"

Favorites:

  1. Navigate all the way to the left to find the "Grey Toolbar"
  2. Select "Favorites"

Recently viewed:

  1. Navigate all the way to the left to find the "Grey Toolbar"
  2. Select "History"

My account:

  1. Navigate all the way to the left to find the "Grey Toolbar"
  2. At the very bottom you will find an icon with either "Initials" or the "email" you are signed into.
  3. Select this icon to access the "Account" page

Sign out:

  1. Navigate all the way to the left to find the "Grey Toolbar"
  2. At the very bottom you will find an icon with either "Initials" or the "email" you are signed into.
  3. Select this icon
  4. Select "Logout"

Search titles:

  1. Navigate all the way to the left to find the "Grey Toolbar"
  2. Select "Search"
  3. Type in at least three letters for search results to populate
  4. Select the desired "Movie Title"

Home:

  1. Navigate all the way to the left to find the "Grey Toolbar"
  2. Select "Home"

Apple TV

Favorites:

  1. Navigate all the way to the left to find the "Grey Toolbar"
  2. At the very bottom you will find an icon with either "Initials" or the "email" you are signed into.
  3. Select this icon
  4. Select "Favorites"

Recently viewed:

  1. Navigate all the way to the left to find the "Grey Toolbar"
  2. At the very bottom you will find an icon with either "Initials" or "email" you are signed into.
  3. Select this icon
  4. Select "History"

All steps are the same for Apple TV as they are for the Smart TV except for the two listed above: "Favorites" and "Recently Viewed"
