CURRENT APP ISSUES

In an effort to be transparent below you will find a list of issues that we are currently aware of and working on. We appreciate your patience as we work through these items.

  • Content Playback Canadian Users
    • We’re currently experiencing content playback issues for users in Canada. Our team is aware of the problem and is working to restore service as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
  • Content Playback
    • We are experiencing an issue where upon selecting some titles it does not play and provides an error. We are actively working on a solution as quick as possible. In the meantime, if you sign out and sign back in that will resolve the issue.
  • My List
    • While platform improvements are in progress, some members may not be able to add or remove titles from “My List” on certain devices. We expect this to be resolved within 1-2 weeks.
  • Continue Watching
    • We are experiencing a temporary issue where content you have not finished is not showing up in your continue watching section.


We appreciate everyone's understanding as we work through these issues that have surfaced during our service migration efforts.
