PASSWORD INFORMATION

Request a Password Reset

You can request a password reset by:

  • Go to the PureFlix.com sign in screen
  • On the Sign In screen, below the blue “Sign In” bar click on "Forgot password?".
  • Type in your email address used at sign up.
  • Click on "Send me reset password instructions".
  • In the password reset email that you received, click on "Change my password".
  • Type in your new password.
  • Confirm your new password.
  • Select "Continue".

You will then receive a password reset email to the email address that was provided.

Password Reset Not Working

Please make sure that you are signed out of your Pure Flix account on your web browser before clicking the "Change My Password" link in the password reset email.

We are currently optimized for Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Safari (make sure that you have cleared the cache/history from your browser). You might try switching from one web browser to another as different set-ups perform differently depending on the browser.

You may need to clear the cache/history in your browsers and restart your computer to be able to reset your password.

How to Change Password

If you are looking to change the password of your account you can do so by doing the following:

On a Computer:

  • Sign into PureFlix.com through a web browser
  • Hover over the character in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
  • Select "My Account"
  • Select "Change password"
  • Fill in "Current password"
  • Fill in “New password”
  • Fill in “Confirm new password”
  • Select "Save"

On a Mobile Device:

  • Sign into PureFlix.com through a web browser
  • Click the 3 lines at the top left
  • Click on the character located at the bottom
  • Select "My Account"
  • Under "General" select "Change Password"
  • Fill in "Current password"
  • Fill in “New password”
  • Fill in “Confirm new password”
  • Select "Save"
