WEB BROWSER - HOW TO CLEAR CACHE

To clear the cache/history from your browser do the following:

FireFox

Android Mobile:

  1. Click the 3 dots located at the bottom right corner
  2. Select "History"
  3. Click on the Trash can con located at the top right
  4. Select "Everything"

Apple Mobile:

  1. Click on the 3 dots located at the bottom right corner
  2. Select "History"
  3. Click on the Trash can icon located at the bottom left
  4. Select "Everything"

Computer:

  1. Click the 3 lines at the top right
  2. Click "Library"
  3. Click "History"
  4. Click "Clear Recent History"
  5. Set the Time Range to "Everything"
  6. Select "Clear Now"
Google Chrome

Android Mobile:

  1. Click "Customize and Control Google Chrome" located at the top right (looks like 3 vertical dots)
  2. Click on "History"
  3. Click on "Clear Browsing Data" (located on the left side)
  4. Make sure that "Basic" is selected
  5. Make sure that "Time Range" is set to "All Time"
  6. Make sure that all 3 boxes are checked
  7. Click "Clear Data" (this may take a few minutes)
  8. After completion, click the X at the top right

Apple Mobile:

  1. Click "Customize and Control Google Chrome" located at the bottom right (looks like 3 dots)
  2. Click on "History"
  3. Click "Clear Browsing Data"
  4. Make sure "Browsing History," "Cookies and Site Data," and "Cached Images and Files" are selected
  5. Make sure the "Time Range" is set to "All Time"
  6. Click "Clear Browsing Data"
  7. Click "Clear Browsing Data" again to confirm (this may take a few minutes)

Computer:

  1. Click "Customize and Control Google Chrome" located at the top right (looks like 3 vertical dots)
  2. Click on "History" (this will open another box)
  3. Click on "History" again (in the new box)
  4. A new window will appear
  5. Click on "Clear Browsing Data" (located on the left side)
  6. Make sure that "Basic" is selected
  7. Make sure that "Time Range" is set to "All Time"
  8. Make sure that all 3 boxes are checked
  9. Click "Clear Data"
  10. This will take you to a settings page
Brave

Android Mobile:

  1. Click on the 3 vertical dots located at the top right
  2. Click on "History"
  3. Click on "Clear Browsing History"
  4. Make sure "Basic" is selected
  5. Make sure that "Time Range" is set to "All Time"
  6. Make sure that all 3 boxes are checked
  7. Click "Clear Data" (this may take a few minutes)

After all the above steps have been completed please close the browser and reopen it.

Apple Mobile:

  1. Select the "Brave Browser App" (looks like a lion)
  2. Tap on the three vertical dots at the bottom right of the screen
  3. Tap on "History"
  4. Tap "Trash Icon" at the top right
  5. Select "Clear History"
  6. This will clear the cache/history

Computer:

  1. Click on the three vertical lines located at the top right
  2. Click on "History" (this will open another box)
  3. Click on "History" again (in the new box)
  4. A new window will appear
  5. Click on "Clear Browsing Data" (located on the left side)
  6. Make sure that "Basic" is selected
  7. Make sure "Time Range" is set to "All Time"
  8. Make sure that all 3 boxes are checked
  9. Click "Clear Data"
Microsoft Edge

Android Mobile:

  1. Select the 3 dots located in the upper right corner
  2. Select "History"
  3. Select the Trash can icon
  4. Set the "Time Range" to "All Time"
  5. Select "Clear Data"

Apple Mobile:

  1. Select the 3 dots at the bottom in middle
  2. Select "History"
  3. Select the Trash can icon
  4. Set "Time Range" to "All Time"
  5. Select "Clear Now"
  6. Select "Clear Now" again to confirm

Computer:

  1. Click on the 3 horizontal (left to right) dots on the top right under the X (close browser)
  2. Click on "History" (keyboard option CTRL+ H)
  3. Click "Clear History" at the top right
  4. Verify that the first 3 boxes are checked (browsing history, cookies, and saved website data, cached data and files)
  5. Click "Clear" underneath the boxes
  6. A progress bar appears underneath (shows dots)
  7. Once the bar vanishes, close the browser
Safari

Apple Mobile:

  1. Select the "Safari Browser App"
  2. Tap on the "Book" icon at the bottom of the screen
  3. Tap on the "Clock" icon in the upper right
  4. Tap "Clear" in the bottom right of the screen
  5. Select "All Time"

Computer:

Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences.

Safari Preferences

In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click the button Remove All Website Data....

Click Remove Now in the pop up window that appears.
