ON A COMPUTER, you can update/change your credit/debit card by taking these steps: Log into www.PureFlix.com through a web browser. Verify your "zoom" resolution in your web browser is set at 100% or less. Hover over your email address in the upper right of the HOME page and click on "MY ACCOUNT" in the dropdown menu Click on “Change Credit/Debit Card” Remove your current payment card. Add your payment card into the system. (only the numbers without any spaces or dashes) ON A MOBILE DEVICE, you can update/change your credit/debit card by: Log into www.PureFlix.com through a web browser (not the app). Tap on the three lines in the upper left of the HOME page. Tap on “My Account”. Tap on “Change credit/debit card” Remove your current payment card. Add your payment card into the system. (only the numbers without any spaces or dashes) If you have an active subscription, you must have a valid credit card on file at the time of your next billing cycle. You can see your Plan and Next Billing Date by clicking on "MY ACCOUNT" in the drop down menu under your email address in the upper right of the home page.
