If you are experiencing an issue with streaming Pure Flix on your computer please review the following:
Pure Flix requires a minimum of 5 mbps download speed in order to be able to stream most content.
We recommend verifying your internet speed by doing the following:
- Go to www.speedtest.com
- Click "GO"
If you have a supported internet speed but are still buffering you may also need to clear the cache/history
Pure Flix updates its content regularly and in the event that content is being updated or reviewed you may get a "stream not found" error. We recommend attempting to view again 24 hrs later.
If you are still experiencing an issue 24 hrs later please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: It will help our engineers if you specify the movie/series you are trying to view and what device you are viewing on in your request.
Pure Flix allows usage on up to 5 devices simultaneously within a single household (as long as you have supported download speed).
If more than 5 devices are actively signed in at the same time then you can receive this error.
If you have verified that less than 5 devices are actively signed in at the same time and are still getting the error message we recommend clearing the browser cache/history.
If you are experiencing an issue with logging in on a supported web browser you may need to do a password reset.
Please Note: You can use the same password as before it will allow the system to verify the information
After resetting the password if you are still unable to sign in we recommend clearing the browser cache/history
