Why is there a problem with my payment method?
When receiving an email in regards to your payment method this means that Pure Flix was unable to collect a payment because the financial institution rejected the charge. If you need to update your payment information you can do so by going to Account Changes/Updates.
Why is my payment method not accepted?
Pure Flix currently only accepts credit/debit cards. If you've confirmed that your payment method was updated successfully and are still having an issue with processing your payment we recommend contacting your Financial Institution in regards to the transaction.
