How To Cancel

You can cancel your membership at any time 24/7 online (through a web browser) with the instructions below.

EASY AS 1-2-3:

  1. Sign into your Membership on Pureflix.com
  2. Go to "My Account" from the  drop down menu
  3. Select "Cancel my membership" and confirm

NOTE: This will set your membership to cancel at the end of your current billing period or Free Trial period, whichever applies.

Detailed Cancellation Steps

Cancel On Computer:

  1. Log into your account on PureFlix.com from your web browser (your account email address and password will be required)
  2. Hover over  the ​​in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select "My Account"
  3. Select "Membership"
  4. Select "Cancel my membership" (located at the bottom)

Cancel On Mobile:

  1. Log into your account on PureFlix.com from your web browser (not the app).
  2. Tap on the three lines in the upper left of the screen.
  3. Please tap on ​ then tap on “My Account”.
  4. Tap on "General" then select "Membership" from the drop-down
  5. Scroll down and select the "Cancel my membership" at the button 

NOTE: This will set your membership to cancel at the end of your current billing period or Free Trial period, whichever applies.

Cancelling Roku Direct Billing

When you sign up for the Pure Flix channel directly through a Roku device, you receive the convenience of Roku direct billing through your Roku account. This however means that you will need to cancel your account either via your Roku device or via my.roku.com.

Cancel Pure Flix On Roku Device:

  • Highlight the Pure Flix channel on the Roku home screen
  • Push the (*) button on your Roku remote control
  • Choose “Manage membership” and then push OK on your Roku remote control
  • Choose “Cancel membership” and then push OK on your Roku remote control
  • Again, Choose “Cancel membership” and then push OK on your Roku remote control

Cancel Pure Flix At Roku.com:

  • Sign into your Roku account on my.roku.com
  • Select “Welcome”
  • Select “My account”
  • Select “Manage your memberrship”
  • From there you can un-subscribe from your Roku Direct Pure Flix Membership.

No Cancellation Button

If you are trying to cancel your account and do not see a cancellation button this means that the current account you are signed in on is already cancelled. If that is the case there may be another email address associated with Pure Flix. Please go to our password reset page and try sending all known email addresses a password reset. If it allows the password reset to go through then that email is registered with Pure Flix.
