If you are trying to update your account information you can find answers to many questions below.

How can I view my account information?

You can view your Pure Flix Account information on either your computer or mobile phone/tablet by following the simple steps listed below!

On a computer:

  1. Sign into PureFlix.com through a web browser.
  2. Hover over the  in the upper right corner and select "My Account".
All your account information can be found on that page.

On a mobile device:

  1. Sign into PureFlix.com through a web browser (not the app).
  2. Tap on the three lines in the upper left of the screen.
  3. Tap on the  and select "My Account".

All your account information can be found on that page.

How do I update/change my credit/debit card?

You can update/change your credit/debit by signing into Pureflix.com and taking these steps:

  • Hover over the​​in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
  • Select "My Account".
  • Select "Payment Information"
  • Select "Update Payment Information"
  • Add your payment card information. (card number is only numbers without any spaces or dashes)
  • Select "Save Credit Card"

Please Note: In order for us to keep your card information secure, we do require that all payment information be updated online.

If you are not able to get your payment card updated, please request further assistance below.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by:

1) Signing into PureFlix.com through a web browser.

2) Hover over the ​​in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

3) Select "My Account".

4) Select "Change password"

5) Fill in "Current password"

6) Fill in “New password”.

7) Fill in “Confirm new password”.update

8) Select "Save"

Upon completion you will then be able to sign in with your new password.

How do I reactivate my membership?

You can reactivate your membership by:

ON A COMPUTER:

  1. Sign into www.PureFlix.com through a web browser.
  2. Hover over the ​​in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Select "My Account".
  4. Select “Membership"
  5. Select "Plans"
  6. Follow along through the activation steps

*Note if you need to change your listed payment card, select "Use a different Card" on step 3

ON A MOBILE DEVICE:

  1. Sign into www.PureFlix.com through a web browser.
  2. Tap the three lines in the upper left of the screen
  3. Tap ​ then tap on "My Account".
  4. Tap on "General" then select "Membership" from the drop-down
  5. Tap"Plans"
  6. Follow along through the activation steps

*Note if you need to change your listed payment card, tap "Use a different Card" on step 3

How do I change my account name?

You can change your account name by doing the following:

ON A COMPUTER:

1) Sign into your account on PureFlix.com from your web browser (your account email address and password will be required)

2) Hover over the ​​in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select "My Account"

3) Select "Change name"

4) Update your name then select "Save"

ON A MOBILE DEVICE:

1) Log into your account on PureFlix.com from your web browser (not the app).

2) Tap on the three lines in the upper left of the screen.

3) Please tap on​ then tap on “My Account”.

4) Tap on "Change name"

5) Update your name then tab "Save"

Upon completion the account name will be successfully updated.

How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address by doing the following:

ON A COMPUTER:

1) Log into your account on PureFlix.com from your web browser (your account email address and password will be required)

2) Hover over the  ​​in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select "My Account"

3) Select "Change e-mail"

4) Update your new email, confirm your new email, enter your password, then select "Save"

ON A MOBILE DEVICE:

1) Log into your account on PureFlix.com from your web browser (not the app).

2) Tap on the three lines in the upper left of the screen.

3) Please tap on​ then tap on “My Account”.

4) Tap on "Change e-mail"

5) Update your new email, confirm your new email, enter your password, then tab "Save"

Upon completion you will then be able to sign in with your new email address and the password associated to the account.

How do I change from the Monthly to the Annual Plan to Save Money?

Try following these 3 easy steps to save $31.89 every year!*

  1. Make sure you are signed into PureFlix.com on a web browser
  2. Click Here to open your "My Membership" page
  3. Click "Change my Membership" and then "Update Membership"

Now your membership plan is set to upgrade to the Annual Membership Plan on your next billing date!  

*When compared to currently available plans.

**If your location requires tax to be collected, we will collect and submit accordingly.

Can I change my billing date?

Currently, we are unable to change your billing date as it is based upon your initial sign-up date.

We are hard at work to improve our account management tools and options for you in the near future.

*Please note: If your membership is cancelled and then reactivated, your billing date will be based off of the date you reactivated your membership.
