Pure Flix is a faith, family and fun based streaming service that charges a nominal fee to provide content that you and your family can enjoy. You can find many billing related questions answered here!

How much is Pure Flix?

We offer a Monthly Subscription Plan priced at $10.99 USD per month and an Annual (Yearly) Subscription Plan priced at $99.99 USD per year (Limited Time ONLY $83.33 USD Fall Special). 

New members will receive a Free Trial with either membership plan.

Please note there is only one free trial per user and sales tax will be charged if required by your local or state government.

How can I pay for Pure Flix?

Pure Flix can only accept credit/debit cards to activate and maintain an account. If you are interested in signing up with Pure Flix but don't have a credit/debit card, you can purchase a prepaid VISA or MasterCard from many retail stores.

Please note that it needs to be a prepaid card that you must register online with your name and billing address.

Can I pay for Pure Flix without a credit/debit card?

Currently we are only supported for Credit/Debit card transactions.

However, if you are interested, you can purchase a prepaid debit card (not a gift card - the prepaid debit card that you purchase must have the ability to add your full address to the card. We use the address line to verify a debit card. Some debit cards only let you add a zip code, which will not work for your Pure Flix account) from many retail stores.

Are there any additional fees for Pure Flix?

As of January 2019 Pure Flix is required to charge tax on our services in order to comply with your country, state, territory, and even city's local tax laws.

If your location requires sales tax to be collected for streaming services, we are required to add the sales tax amount to your regular billing.

As the amount varies depending where you are located, we recommend contacting your local Department of Revenue with any tax related questions.

Can I change my billing date?

Currently, we are unable to change your billing date as it is based upon your initial sign-up date.

*Please note: If your membership is cancelled and then reactivated, your billing date will be based off of the date you reactivated your membership.
