Request a Password Reset

You can request a password reset by:

  • Go to the sign in screen
  • On the Sign In screen, below the blue “Sign In” bar click on "Forgot password?".
  • Type in your email address used at sign up.
  • Click on "Send me reset password instructions".
  • In the password reset email that you received, click on "Change my password".
  • Type in your new password.
  • Confirm your new password.
  • Select "Continue".

You will then receive a password reset email to the email address that was provided.

Password Reset Not Working

Please make sure that you are signed out of your Pure Flix account on your web browser before clicking the "Change My Password" link in the password reset email.

We are currently optimized for Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Safari (make sure that you have cleared the cache/history from your browser). You might try switching from one web browser to another as different set-ups perform differently depending on the browser.

You may need to clear the cache/history in your browsers and restart your computer to be able to reset your password.

Password Reset Email Not Received

If the password reset is not delivering to your inbox try the following steps below:

Step 1: Verify the junk/spam folder in your email Depending on your email provider they could have put the password reset email into the junk/spam folder. You will want to verify that the password reset is not there.

Step 2: Add to your contact list
Some email providers will block emails coming in from automated response systems. As our password reset is an automated system the email can sometimes be corrected in receiving this password reset by adding as a contact to your email.

Step 3: Contact your email provider
Some email providers will prevent emails from coming through in general. We recommend contacting your email provider as they may be accidentally blocking our emails from coming through to you.
