If you are receiving this message upon initial signup, most likely you have registered your email with PureFlix.com previously by beginning the signup process.
To begin your free trial when this happens:
- Sign in to www.PureFlix.com through a web browser.
- Click on "My Account".
- Click on "Manage Subscription".
- Click on “Plans” and choose your plan.
- Click on “NEXT”.
- Add your payment card information. (only the numbers without any spaces or dashes)
- Click on “START MEMBERSHIP”.
If you are not able to sign into PureFlix.com, please try resetting your password and attempting to sign in again.
You can reset your password by:
- From PureFlix.com Home Page (in a web browser) - click on Sign In
- On the Sign In screen, below the blue “Sign In” bar you can click on "Forgot your password"
- Type in your email address used at sign up
- Click on Send me reset password instructions.
- In the password reset email that you received, click on "Change my password".
- Type in your new password.
- Confirm your new password.
- Select "Change my password".
