EASY AS 1-2-3:
- Sign into your Membership on Pureflix.com
- Go to "My Account" from the drop down menu
- Select "Cancel my membership" and confirm
DETAILED STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
ON A COMPUTER - You can cancel your membership by:
- Log into your account on PureFlix.com from your web browser (your account email address and password will be required)
- Hover over the in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select "My Account"
- Select "Membership"
- Select "Cancel my subscription"
ON A MOBILE DEVICE - You can cancel your membership by:
- Log into your account on PureFlix.com from your web browser (not the app).
- Tap on the three lines in the upper left of the screen.
- Please tap on then tap on “My Account”.
- Tap on "General" then select "Membership" from the drop-down
- Scroll down and select the "Cancel my subscription" button
NOTE: This will set your membership to cancel at the end of your current billing period or FREE TRIAL period, whichever applies.
