EASY AS 1-2-3:
- Login to your Membership on Pureflix.com
- Go to "My Account" from the email address drop down menu
- Select "Cancel my membership" and confirm
ON A COMPUTER - You can cancel your membership by:
1) Log into your account on PureFlix.com from your web browser (your account email address and password will be required)
2) Hover over the in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select "My Account"
3) Select "Membership"
4) Select "Cancel my subscription"
ON A MOBILE DEVICE - You can cancel your membership by:
1) Log into your account on PureFlix.com from your web browser (not the app).
2) Tap on the three lines in the upper left of the screen.
3) Please tap on then tap on “My Account”.
4) Tap on "General" then select "Membership" from the drop-down
5) Scroll down and select the "Cancel my subscription" button
NOTE: This will set your account to cancel at the end of your current billing period or FREE TRIAL period, whichever applies. You may continue to enjoy the service until the end date of your current billing/trial period.
